That's my awesome (in my opinion) class suggestion, because I feel there are too many "swarm" classes out there. I tried to make it balanced, as well as offering strategy for beating one.
Oh yeah, and I have a suggestion for the job problem, and that is an unrecorded "trust" stat. Upon hiring, the class is at a default level set based upon your class (i.e. hypnotists have high trust, rogues have low), but it would increase throughout the course of time you work there, as well as boosts for how previous employers regarded you. Sound good, or should they have changes made? (feel free to make the changes suggested finalized.)
EDIT: I bumped someone, hit back.

Jobs aren't part of the thing...

Would it be possible for you to type that out? its rather hard for me to read.

@ PoC: Isn't it? Aww man, I thought of it for nothing D: Ohh well :)

@ MLaRF: Saint U has a point, although I managed to read most of it.
Anyways the Hypnotist class seems alright, but would they be able to at least put up a bit of a fight against a single enemy, considering that inexperienced hypnotists cut the enemy's ATK and SPD rather than also supress one attack/ability the enemy posesses?, would they just keep using evasion to tire the enemy?, or would a natural instinct of a basic Hypnotist be to flee in this sort of situation?

@STU:
Will do, along with square
@ B-T:
Controlling enemies are not based on skill, but amount, so a LV.1 could take control of one LV.5 of a swarm (but not someone too much more powerful), while a LV.50 couldn't use a LV.20 if there were only a few enemies. I do suppose high evasion would help to tire out enemies, that'd be a real nasty trick, but even that couldn't guarantee (spelling error?) dodging every single attack, esp. when the enemy has high speed to rival.
Finally, 3 questions for PoC:
1) Since there are types of attacks effected by weakness and resistance, will we need to choose types for our characters?
2) Is the deadline for characters the one-week time limit, or will a definite date be set, plus any additional time for extra gameplay factors?
3) Will there be teams like last time, or will temporary alliances be the extent of teamwork?

1) Only the elemental needs to choose a type, and seeing as - for now, at least - we don't have any, the answer I think will be no. However, some armours can increase resistances to types.
2) Anything like new classes and races need to be within the one-week time limit, but characters can be entered even when the game begins.
3) There are going to be two main factions, and the players can pick which they are out of Alliance or Horde. Naturally, an Alliance member can't ally with a Horde member, but apart from that parties can be up to five, and raids up to forty.
